How To Make Meditation Fun1. Life is supposed to be fun and we need to allow ourselves to have fun more often. 2. Don’t take yourself too seriously. The people who truly love you will continue to love you no matter what and the others just don’t matter. 3. The bigger and louder the laugh, the better. 4. Laughter makes you feel good. 5. Fun times give you something to look forward to and great memories to look back on. 6. Laughter is good not only for the people laughing, but it can also brighten everyone around them. 7. The best things in life really are free… laughter costs nothing. 8. People and situations that don’t allow laughter are not good people and situations to be around. 9. Most of the stuff you think matters in your life… really doesn’t. 10. Laughter is one of the few times many of us are actually fully present in the moment. It is hard to be in the midst of laughter and be mentally off somewhere else.
